on this important occasion of the inauguration of the international migration art festival, I wish to extend to you, your guests, and all the other participants, my sincere congratulations for all of your efforts in bringing forth this very important festival.

On this occasion I congratulate you all for the consistency and the meritory effort that you dedicated to your project, which has the capacity to involve artists from all countries.

To confront the sensibility that grows from the communal passion for world’s culture in all of its forms.

And for my own motive of grand satisfaction to know that these ideals that I strive to follow with all of my ministry, are promoted by you all and shared with great enthusiasm and professionalism.
