For the Second Edition of IMAFestival, the Fondazione Cesare Pavese (the Foundation dedicated to one of the most enlightened Italian writer of the XX century) has created a Special Prize for the Literature Category.
The winner of the prize will be awarded during the Ceremony that will be held in Milan in May 2012 and will receive the copy of the original pen of the great author hoping that will bring fortune to the career of the new writer that will own it!
The winner will be selected by the Director of the Fondazione Cesare Pavese:
Pierluigi Vaccaneo, journalist, graduated at the University of Pavia with a thesis on Cesare Pavese entitled "Antropologia e psicologia nell'opera e nell'attività culturale di Cesare Pavese". He published on the prestigious literary review "Quaderni del ‘900" many essays on the works of the great writer. ("[...] Qualcosa di molto serio e prezioso. Il modello americano nell'opera di Cesare Pavese" and "Pavese scopre il mito nel 1931").
